We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I went with my nephew and my sister-in-law, and as soon as we walked in, a sweet salesperson welcomed us and guided us through the products. She wasn’t pushy at all; she gave us space to decide and was incredibly patient, helping us choose the best fragrances and items. My nephew even received a relaxing hand massage from another wonderful staff member. I also love that every product is organic and cruelty-free. I will definitely be coming back—I think I’ve found my new favorite store for fragrances, body lotions, body wash, and more.

Not only did she help me pick out the perfect products, after some of mine were confiscated by airport TSA, Alara also gifted me and invited me to the store’s pop up event tomorrow! I don’t regularly shop at Lush, but you all have just earned a new regular. I’ll be visiting the Lush in my city very soon! Danielle was so patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and even made my kids feel included and excited to learn about body care. We left not only with products we love, but also feeling confident and informed about how to use them. Danielle turned what could have been a quick shopping trip into such a positive and memorable experience. We’re so grateful and will definitely be coming back because of her!
