It's very expensive, they only give two washes and your hair smells awful afterward, they try to detangle your hair with their fingers causing breakage, the customer service is terrible, the salon is filthy, and the prices are outrageous.
- HHHowardNov 11, 20251.0FULLY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! Went in with thin, full, silk hair that was prepped for 3, 6" braids. Left with 40% less hair bc she somehow managed to full force rip through any slight resistance. She charged me $90 for 10 mins work. This place is a scam, beyond unprofessional, and I would really like to know where any of this claimed amazing talent and anything else positive came from. Bc it DEFINITELY wasn't this place! NEVER EVER AGAIN. I should have read reviews first!

I just wanted a wash and blow dry. On their website it says $25 and up. She proceeds to wet my hair and then say it’s going to be $80. Of course that’s ridiculous for not even getting a style. Don’t waste your time coming here.
- NVNancy VJul 27, 20211.0A relaxer was done on a clients hair and a big mistake was made ignoring the clients request for removal due to a burning sensation. When she finally removed it some hair went along just burning the edges of her hair. She then proceeded to add vinegar “PAINFUL” NO APOLOGIES! NO FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL! OH BUT SHE DEFINITELY CHARGED FULL PRICE! Her edges were raw making it very uncomfortable when styling. It’s not about the money but more of the response. This was very disappointing. My mother-in-law will not be back!!! Nunca, JAMAS!!!
