    I atttempted to make a purchase today at this location, upon arriving I was not offered assistance. I waited in the checkout line for 15+ minutes to ask a sales associate for the product I needed as a gift, she immediately told me she doesn't have it, she did not have anybody look or open a drawer for me. After going home the product was available in store and I was able to place a pickup order for the exact product she said was unavailable, it was ready within the hour.

    🌿 Wonderful Experience with Ideliz at Sephora 🌿 I had an amazing experience with Ideliz at Sephora! She patiently helped me find the right foundation shade and never rushed me, even when I wasn’t sure which color matched best. She carefully listened to what my goals were, and immediately knew what I was looking for was a skin tint! She made sure to share that the products were eco-friendly, which means so much to me. She also helped me find the perfect brown mascara and made sure I felt completely confident in every choice. Thank you, Ideliz, for making me feel seen, worthy, and cared for during our time together!

    I went with my sister to get a makeup brush and when I asked a employee where they where a different employee with red hair that looked 40 was rude and complained because I asked where they were and said “you should not have told her” I have never had a good experience at the Depford mall Sephora
