- JHJeannie HFeb 12, 20261.0Too expensive they charged me $40 for a blow dry, I'm a senior citizen and I asked for the price and they said $25.00.
- MMmia miaDec 8, 20231.0horrible experience. had an appointment with elizabeth at 2:30 because i had somewhere to be at 4. she messaged me asking to move it back to 3 because she was running behind. i thought it was pushing it but as long as i got back there at 3 it should be fine. got there at 2:50 and waited for her until 3:15 when she still wasn’t there. the kind woman at the front desk went back to see if she was almost done. she was not, and i had to reschedule. this is not the first time she has done this, she is always pushing her appointments back. it’s extremely unprofessional. do not tell me 3 if that’s not when you can take me. some of us have places to be and don’t have time to wait for you to do your job.
