  Visited at the end of November. While I am pleased with the overall LOOK of my hair I am very much not pleased at the health of my hair as well as the cost of service. I came in for a cut and partial highlight/money piece. I had one done before at a different hair cuttery location. I informed the stylist that my hair is light as is, and when I had my prior money piece done, the bleach sat in my hair for 5-10 minutes and it lightened to the ideal shade I wanted with no toner needed. The last stylist had me in and out of the salon within 1 hour. This stylist for whatever reason ignored everything I said, and decided to let the bleach sit in my hair for over 45 minutes. She would disappear to the back completely and even took another client while I sat there overprocessing. On top of that, it came out so yellow I had to buy purple shampoo and fix it at home. It’s been months and the parts she bleached are still completely brittle and dry. As a people pleaser, I really tried to just accept it because I do like the overall look of my hair, but I honestly cant believe anyone would think someone with light brown/dirty blond hair would need to sit with bleach for that long. My hair appointment ended up taking over 2 hours for something another location had done in one hour. I’m assuming they charge by the hour because my total was over double what I had paid at the Voorhees location. In all honesty it felt like the stylist just milked the time as long as possible to get more money. Overall will not be visiting this location EVER again. Can’t remember the name of the stylist but it was a middle aged lady with a bleach blonde shoulderish length bob.

  Olivia cut my hair. Asks if you want something done another way or shorter. Nice cut. Very nice person.

  Olivia at Hair Cuttery is truly exceptional and the reason I keep coming back again and again. I come in regularly for blowouts, haircuts, and undercuts, and every single visit Olivia consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my hair looks absolutely perfect while also making me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to understand exactly what I want and somehow manages to exceed my expectations every time. My blowouts always last longer than expected, my different type of cuts grow out beautifully, and my undercuts are always clean and precise. Olivia clearly takes immense pride in her work, and it shows in both the results and the confidence you walk out with. Beyond her incredible skill, her fun, positive energy make every appointment something I genuinely look forward to. If you are looking for someone who is talented, consistent, and truly passionate about what she does, Olivia is hands down the best stylist I have ever had, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone without hesitation. She is an absolute gem, and Hair Cuttery is lucky to have her.

  Olivia is great and did a fantastic job with my highlights and cut. I will be returning in the next few months.

  My 6 year old has only ever gotten trims before. She decided on layers with bangs for her first styled cut and Christie killed it!! Def recommend
