The behaviour from management was completely unacceptable rude, disrespectful, and blaming clients instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. They’re all over TikTok for a reason, and honestly, I wish I’d looked before walking in. Do not go here if you want to be treated with basic respect. I left feeling shocked at how badly customers are spoken to and handled. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My sister and I come to this Hair Cuttery at Deptford NJ not only because the quality of work that has been done with cutting highlights and even wedding group preparation. - CCCundiff Cundiff6 days ago1.0On Saturday I got curtain bangs and was told if I still didn’t like them I can come back but i ended up actually liking them only problem was is that I couldn’t really see so I went in yesterday and Traci ( the manager) took me I told her how I was nervous about bangs due to my recent miscarriage it thin my hair well when I asked her to trim it alittle to the beginning of my eyebrows when she got done the hair cut was no longer a bang that I loved !! Instead it was a crooked messed she has no business cutting hair nor working in a salon that deals with customers she than had a guy try and fixed my hair which he only made it shorter he said she messed my hair up and she said he messed it up than she had the audacity to say it’ll in front of everyone in the salon it’s messed up because of ur miscarriage like who in the right mind says that to someone 😡not only that but she offended to refund my little $6 which I paid more and I told her it wasn’t about money it’s still messed up I had to go somewhere else to fixed it !! And she can give two craps
