  I just went into Sephora to make a return and buy a few things with the sale happening since I am a rouge member but it’ll be last time I go to this store. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and never experienced this level of disrespect. As I was waiting in line, I pulled up my leggings and when I tuned and saw one of the employees Chris, staring at me. I suppose because I was wearing a baggy sweater he assumed I was stealing the small items in checkout. I proceeded to try and shop and was watched by the other employees in every isle I was in and eventually was helped to find a foundation I’ve been considering. Whereafter she proceeded to follow me across the store. It is extremely frustrating to be watched and thought to be stealing because I’m a woman of color and not dressed up on my day off. I’m an ICU nurse and would never discriminate against anyone but despite the life saving care I give every shift I am thought to be a criminal on my day off. just wanted to shop and enjoy browsing about the store. To all the other women of color, steer clear of this location.

  I’ve never felt so uneasy shopping in a store before. While the employees were technically “polite,” it felt like I was being watched like a hawk the entire time I was in the store. I was followed around so closely that it was impossible to browse the store in peace. There’s a big difference between being helpful and making customers feel like they’re under suspicion and this location completely missed the mark. It came across as intrusive and unwelcoming. I won’t ever be returning to this location and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who just wants to shop in peace.

  I just had the best experience working with Elisabeth! she spent probably 45 minutes shade matching me for concealer and helping me pick out several skin care products. she was so patient and kind as she answered all of my questions and educated me on each product. everyone else there is just as nice and helpful- I can’t recommend this location enough!!

  How is it possible that you can place an order of a single item for pickup the day before, and it STILL not be ready for pickup by 4pm the next day? Canceled my order & will be going to Ulta to pick it up instead.

  Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. It was so pleasant to work with her and she really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was buying. This is what keeps me coming back to Sephora as opposed to other stores.
