He was right behind me the whole time. I wasn’t doing anything just looking around and trying to find myself a birthday present. I bought nothing and left. I understand theft is very common. I’ve worked in retail and I know how it is. But I wasn’t doing anything suspicious to even warrant that.

The employees were super kind and helpful, even though I was there so close to closing! Kate and Valerie were both wonderful, and so was another girl who’s name I didn’t catch. I often don’t like shopping for makeup in stores as a newbie because staff can be so intimidating, but these girls were so friendly and kind, I can’t wait to come back!
