  Got a helix piercing from here. The piercing part was quick and easy but when I went back a few weeks later for my downsize they gave me a bar completely too small for my ear. Now my ear is irritated despite the initial healing process going so well, and I have to go to another place to get everything sorted out.

  What a great and fast experience. We went to get my daughter's ears pierced, and they were so swift and helpful. It is nice that all the staff are registered nurses, and the facility was clean as a whistle.

  My 10 year old sister went here today to receive a second piercing on her ear lobe. I booked her for a needle piercing, however at the salon with my mother they told the both of them that a gun piercing had significantly lower healing time, and was overall less painful and safer. Therefore, they decided to do a gun piercing. If you put any of this into a search engine, you will find that in fact, a needle piercing has a far better outcome and shorter healing period. I’m deeply confused as to why they would advise against it, when the information is common knowledge. If you claim to be a reputable and knowledgeable piercing studio, I am deeply concerned by the fact that your piercers don’t seem to be aware of this information. Please take this review as an opportunity to educate your piercers and explain your reasoning further. Thank you.

  Excellent from start to finish! The nurse was so sweet and gentle with my 4 year old daughter. The whole experience fun and easy!

  We had a fabulous experience getting my 5 year old daughters ears pierced! Love that the services are provided by nurses who were kind and answered all 100 questions. The studio is designed for a perfect shopping experience and special moment for your little one (adults welcomed too!)
