The stylist in the first seat on the left told me she doesn’t do beard trims, which I let go, but then had the audacity to question me for not tipping—actually saying “so you don’t tip.” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name so I could include it in this review, she walked away instead of answering, yet still felt entitled to question why I wouldn’t tip. On top of that, the haircut itself was nothing like what I asked for. I specifically requested a fade on the sides, but ended up with a #4 all the way around. Overall, a very poor experience—I would avoid that chair if I were you. Edit: After reading other reviews, I saw that her name is Laurie.

So it ends, I walk out (not being told I still had to pay) and get a call after I buy some beanies in a futile attempt to preserve my looks. Still need to pay. I come back in, card in hand, apologetic, and still very polite despite the fact that I’m gonna have to be wearing a beanie for the next two month, saggy eyed manager, who seemed rude from the start, has the audacity to be hostile with me after I simply said sorry for the misunderstanding. Feel bad for the new girl having to work for people like that
