  I don't know how this store has any negative reviews! I always have a great experience & I love that it's not flooded with children running around and ruining all of the samples, like in the location at the Willowbrook mall. I went yesterday 4/11 & had help from gigi (sorry if I misspelled.) she was fantastic and went above and beyond! She helped me with a new brow pencil and color matched me perfectly to an amazing foundation! She had helped me before a while back, with hair products also. Super happy with the customer service i received and the products as well. Will definitely be back! Especially to see gigi and get her advice!

  Because of who I am I’m reviewing this under my nickname. So I went in there for the first time yesterday. Usually I have someone else return products there for me that don’t work. I walked in straight to the cash register it was probably around 4pm a little over. There was first one girl working there and then another girl comes to the counter and takes me. I started in retail Nordstrom at 17 and I have about 10 years or more in Sales, Retail Sales, Marketing for a very top company everyone uses on a day to day basis. This girl seemed miserable and because she was she didn’t want to be bothered with me. I didn’t have my card. She says I’ll give you merchandise credit meaning you have to use that card in the store. I had to be the one to say well I have my card on my phone. She says ok cool. (You need to start saying that instead of straight to merchandise card, almost everyone has Google or Apple Pay now) I use Apple Pay with my card all the time online. I don’t like shopping in stores for anything because it’s not the whole catalog and sometimes stuff online is not in stores. So I ask how do I do it open wallet and a lady walks by to answer her and says yes and just tap. I’m tapping and the girl is just staring at me as I’m doing it forever. I had to really ask myself was I dealing with a bot. I finally figured out to double press the sides. I joked about it and she glared. I then saw her nails. As women no matter where we go I firmly believe if you like something that person has lift them up. So I liked her nails and I said I like your nails and she didn’t say anything just looked at me. The thing is if you’re at a job you hate and can’t stand and want to be doing something else with your life..I suggest you work at a place you really want to work at because hey it doesn’t affect me how you’re acting. I’m the one that if someone has an attitude I will go on about my day with a smile on my face because I know I did nothing wrong so why should I suffer because of that person. You can be miserable not me. However Sephora is a place where people go for self love with the items you sell there and self care and the vibes you guys give off there because you don’t want to be there is ruining it for everyone who is going there to keep taking care of themselves. Who wants to buy perfume to smell good from a cashier that’s miserable. Who wants to have a self love day when people follow them around the store because of their race. Matter fact I don’t want to buy hair products from someone rude on my self care wash day the vibe is ruined and I need my wash day to be full of love (not to be dramatic lol but iykyk) The Sephora I like is at Paramus Park Mall they’re so kind just a hint. Also a very well known brand there you carry, I know the owner of the brand’s sister and actually went to school with her sister. She’s well known. Parent’s came to our school all the time. I just know she’s a very kind person her sister is too and the whole family is. I know she definitely would not like hearing that Sephora which sells her products treats people that buy her products like this. The craziest thing is Sephora employees have the audacity to have the I’m better than you attitude when many people who shop there can afford the whole store in one day. Then When you go to Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton you are treated so kindly. Yeah I’m not going here and now I don’t even want to go to med spa next door to check if they do iv vitamin complex or nad ivs. No someone else will return if I have to or I’ll just order online. I’m also changing my affiliate links to the brands page not Sephora. It’s everywhere and it’s always something yearly with Sephora never a dull moment

  I usually never leave reviews, But I was so disgusted.The store was super dirt. there were grease marks by the perfume area, foundation bottles open dirty leaky, cream blushes had literal dust on it. Seemed like that didn't clean the store in months. being a beauty store please maintain cleanliness.

  Never stolen anything and there was a security guy following me around the entire time side eyeing me. I actually left and went to the Ulta a few blocks away instead because it was such an uncomfortable shopping experience. Do better
