But because never have I had the type of customer service that I had at this Clifton location. Cory greeted me like an old friend and directed me to the correct team members for my needs. Cory checked on he throughout my entire experience. Shirley was fantastic at setting up a skin care routine for me. She was explaining exactly why each product was important and its purpose. I thought I would be done and on my way and they took me aside to me with Leina who color matched me for concealer. NEVER have I been offered this at other Sephora locations. I know it’s something they offer but they made sure I experienced it. Incredible team!!!

No one asked if I needed help . Plus the manager emailed me trying to fix it and guess after that emailed haven’t heard from them in 9 days . How great is that trying to fix it but don’t bother to follow up or anything. . What a shame . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it proves to me that don’t care . If Zero stars was an option they would definitely get that . Go to a different Sephora this one sucks
