  the employees here were SO KIND, i ordered something for pick up and the store was closing i needed it that night they were so kind and helped me pick up even tho the store was about to close

  Hello! I’m giving this store 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service I received. I haven’t shopped here before simply because I didn’t realize the store was there, I usually go to Kohl’s, which hasn’t always been the best experience, but that’s neither here nor there. I had a situation arise that required me to visit a standalone store, so I did some research and found this location. I walked in feeling discouraged, thinking my issue wouldn’t be resolved. However, Rose, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me find a solution. I was also assisted by the district manager via call with manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), and she was just as helpful. From the moment I walked in, the greeting was warm and welcoming—not pushy at all. The staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. I’m so glad I found this store and will definitely be returning. Please ensure they get recognized as I know retail staff rarely get noticed and I wish that they did. Thank you again!

  Came to Clifton’s new Sephora for the very first time - beautiful and new space however the staff is very overwhelming. I was followed into every aisle and every product I looked at. I heard the various staff members talking to each other to “approach” me, which they did. I didn’t need any help, just wanted to browse the aisle and look for products. I told every staff member i was simply looking and if i needed help I’d let them nope - but still i was followed. I would NOT come back here due to the constant following and stares. Very similar to the unfortunate treatment and behavior seen at Sephora JC in Newport Mall. I think I’ll online shop going forward.

  although I do like this Sephora I don’t like that it’s not kid friendly for moms like myself there are no carts or anything to put my kid in while he runs wild lol in the store wish they have something to be a bit more for moms like myself. Ps he’s too big for a baby carriage lol but too small to be let loose in a store lol like it’s a park

  This will be the only Sephora I’ll ever go to again. It’s not because it’s new and every product is in stock here. But because never have I had the type of customer service that I had at this Clifton location. Cory greeted me like an old friend and directed me to the correct team members for my needs. Cory checked on he throughout my entire experience. Shirley was fantastic at setting up a skin care routine for me. She was explaining exactly why each product was important and its purpose. I thought I would be done and on my way and they took me aside to me with Leina who color matched me for concealer. NEVER have I been offered this at other Sephora locations. I know it’s something they offer but they made sure I experienced it. Incredible team!!!
