I come here a lot and it’s always a bad experience because customer service is horrible. Today Chrissy (I’m not sure if that’s her name but she has a pixie cut) was not helpful at all. I asked her for a sample and she just seems annoyed that I was asking for a sample. And the sample she gave me was one drop. It’s very unpleasant and I don’t recommend this location.

I frequent the Cherry Hill mall since I live right down the road. But, I have often avoided going to this Sephora simply because of the rude employees. On Saturday, they were holding a Josie Maran event so I decided to stop in. It was a busy Saturday, I get it. Its easy to get flustered and overwhelmed when there are customers everywhere. When I asked an employee, unsure of her name all I remember is that she had a side bang and glasses, if there was any more of an item in stock, I was met with a rude stare and a quick, cold interaction. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience in this Sephora. The employees try to push people in and out of the store and seem to only want to help those making large purchases or getting services done. They do not want to search for items that are missing on the shelves or help those of us just looking to grab a quick item. The brand representative of the Josie Maran event made up for the rudeness I experienced in store. While it is no longer convenient for me, I will be going to the Sephora in the Marlton Promenade or just ordering online because the employees at Cherry Hill make shopping so unpleasant.

The worse experience ever I always go to this store because is very close to my house. Today I actually needed help as ask one of the employee “hello are you busy I need some help” very rude she looked at me as if I was not speaking the same language and said well I’m
Busy with someone else i don’t know who can help you I’m not” reasons why even bother going to the mall and just switch to online shopping or switch to another store where the employees can actually helpful and nice. I am trying to spend money and the least she could of done was just try to find another of her coworker I was not expecting her to leave everything to help me but at least get someone else to help me I would of happily waited but nope I just walked out of there and go elsewhere how sad. If you are an employee where you have to deal with customers service and can not even pretend to be polite might as well quit! Very disappointed!!

My father visited the Sephora in Cherry Hill Mall to pick up a product for my mother. Our family shops at this location frequently and has always valued the customer service there.
During this visit, he asked an associate named Amanda for assistance. She was very short with dark hair. When he approached her, her back was turned, and he said, “Excuse me, can you please help me?”
Amanda turned around and replied in a rude tone, “Can’t you see I’m on my phone?”
My father responded, “I didn’t see you were on your phone, and I asked you nicely. I don’t want to interrupt, but can you please help me?”
At that point, another associate stepped in and assisted him. While we appreciate the help from the second associate, the interaction with Amanda was disappointing and unprofessional. As frequent shoppers at this location, we expect respectful and courteous customer service, especially when a customer is polite and simply asking for help. If she was unavailable to help, there were kind ways to say she’s busy right now or unavailable to assist and redirect us to another staff member.
Really disappointed in the service from Amanda at the Cherryhill Sephora location.

I stopped in to pick up a new bronzer and Heather was amazing from start to finish. I was a little confused about the difference between contour and bronzer, but she was so patient and took the time to clearly explain everything without making me feel rushed.
She really went above and beyond by testing a bronzer and foundation together to make sure everything blended seamlessly, and even added a touch of blush to pull the whole look together. It made such a difference and helped me feel confident in my purchase.
