  This was our first time at JC penney salon and we had the worst experience. Took my mother to this salon for her root touch up and told to the stylist to do color that matches with her usual shade. She messed up completely. Despite paying full money we don’t get the service we ask for. To fix this mistake she gave me another appointment for next day and that too was cancelled by salon itself saying stylist won’t be in today. That’s unprofessional if she knew she won’t be in why would she schedule me for next day? Ok after rescheduling took my mom to the salon again. Hoping that she will make it better this time. But no, she put bleach and shampoo in her hair to remove the color she put on. And dyed her hair again but results were disappointing. Her hairs are very damaged and dry. We are truly and highly disappointed. Really need JC penny to do something about this.

  I asked for 4 inches off and she cut 12 inches off. I personally did not want and don't like short hair on myself.

  Bad I wanted to do the perm for my birthday, instead a got a haircut of 1/4 of my hair to "freshen it up " and a "pretty blow drying" with hot air to give a nicer look , in spite of me saying I did not want a hair cut. I was told it is just freshening to give a flow. There was nothing left to make a perm on, and darker hair was showing so I had to get it colored lighter, and it did not work. The girl did not match the color. She tried just to make the hair look nicer at that moment in spite of me saying I am not going anywhere that day, it seems that I was not heard or not understood at all. She just was doing what she thought is better, not what I wanted. I need to let the hair grow for 2 months and then find a better service.

  Nancy did my makeup for prom 2021 and she did a wonderful job recently I went in to dye my hair something simple and I think she did great made a miracle on me. She is polite and respectful she made time go by fast. This was my first time here phenomenal experience! 2nd time went to dye my whole head 6w.

  I love the hair experts at In Style. Kelli Lamb does a wonderful job with my hair. The salon is a relaxing and friendly place.
