  Technician did not follow my requests. I asked for non sulphate shampoo, "none was available" (in a salon that sells such products) so they just used water. The combing out of my hair after this was quite unpleasant. I asked for feathering to frame my face. They were not sure what I meant. I offered to stop the haircut right them and pay and be on my way if he wasn't sure what to do. I showed them a picture of me from my last haircut. Layers of spirals framing my face. The tech wanted to continue. The tech diagonally cut about 6" of the front 1" bunch of hair in the center. Thats it. No layering. The cuts were not even. He then started to blow dry my hair, which I had asked at the time of sitting that my hair just air dry. It is all bushy and straight. I will never do business with them again. I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give zero.

  I only booked an appointment here because my regular salon was closed. I booked a service to get my hair washed, a shine treatment and to get blow dried and straightened. When I walked in there was a stylist cleaning up and another stylist doing my hair. He was very gentle and kind, but he is horrible at hair. I don’t think he typically does women’s hair, his station had barbering tools, and he didn’t even have a flat iron, he had to borrow one from the lady cleaning. My hair has never looked worse. I had a last minute event to go to and had to cancel.

  Rob did a great job 👏 and it was great to get in and get out so quickly! I appreciate the kind welcome and attention to detail that was offered. I would strongly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a reliable and kind customer service

  I went there to get a root touch up and highlights and a haircut as well. I sat with Lauren who acted like she knew what she was doing and this is how my hair came out. The haircut was also choppy. In addition, it looked like I went there to get the back of my shirt done as the color was all down the back of it. Lastly, it was not a cheap service.

  Shannon is wonderful. She did EXACTLY what I asked for - just to touch up some of my existing highlights w/ babylights while leaving dimension in my hair to keep it lived in and easy to maintain, tone and gloss where needed to refresh my cool-toned blonde, and to trim my hair. This was exactly what I wanted in my haircut. It's very hard to walk out of a salon and get exactly what you asked for. Shannon is phenomenal! Kind and sweet, friendly and warm. You cannot beat a full highlight, toner/gloss (and multiple were used on me), a cut, and blowdry/style for under $200.
