- SSSonja6 days ago1.0I had an appointment today and the experience was horrible. The nurse who serviced me was new. Once I got to the back to be pierced she proceeded to tell me that it was not possible to get a Mid-Helix. Her rationale made no sense at all. She said I ran the risk of my ear tearing. But she turns around and says that she could do the other side. Which I declined. I also was scheduled to have the backs downsized for a flat and upper helix. She tells me that it wasn’t time. Those piercings were done more than 6 months ago. She ended up changing only one. Honesty I didn’t find her to be confident in what she was doing. She exuded a sense of “not being sure”. I also don’t understand why they would allow customers to book online during the same time slot; knowing that only one piercer would be available. I literally was there for an hour. Only to leave pissed off. I did call after leaving to share how displeased I was. I was told that they would wave the service fee on my next visit. After giving it much thought, I will not give this place any more of my business. This individual literally cost this place a sale of over 300.00. Her customer service was horrible!

It’s very unprofessional and wrong business ethics. Their behavior was unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to go there

We pierce babies as young as 2 months old. We require one DTaP vaccine for children ages 5 and under.
How much do piercings cost?
Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless studio.
