- EEErinSep 4, 20251.0If 0 stars were an option. I allowed my son to go with his grandfather for a cut and he came home with the worse haircut, I had to shave it off! We asked for a simple comb over with a 1 or 2 on the sides and he came home with uneven lines and different sizes throughout his whole head. When I called, the receptionist knew exactly who the stylist was but when I spoke to the manager, she made me feel as if I shouldn’t have even called because I didn’t bring him back immediately. (Side note-my son went with his grandfather and spent the night, as they were visiting from VA and I called the next morning as soon as they opened). So sad-my son cried the whole time I was buzzing it and this is what we’re left to go to school on his first day. :(
- RMribachka mFeb 12, 20221.0Bad I wanted to do the perm for my birthday, instead a got a haircut of 1/4 of my hair to "freshen it up " and a "pretty blow drying" with hot air to give a nicer look , in spite of me saying I did not want a hair cut. I was told it is just freshening to give a flow. There was nothing left to make a perm on, and darker hair was showing so I had to get it colored lighter, and it did not work. The girl did not match the color. She tried just to make the hair look nicer at that moment in spite of me saying I am not going anywhere that day, it seems that I was not heard or not understood at all. She just was doing what she thought is better, not what I wanted. I need to let the hair grow for 2 months and then find a better service.
