I had made an appointment to get a rather expensive treatment done when I was called the week of to move it an hour later. Absolutely fine. Day of the appointment, I'm ready to leave the house and boom- I get an email saying I had no showed. They had asked me to come an hour later and never changed it in their system. Getting someone on the phone was nearly impossible, and the tone of the two people I spoke with was accusatory when I said I have an email and voicemail confirming the time change, that I accommodated them for. Unbelievable. The mood was ruined, and most importantly, I was just really disappointed in my stylist b/c I really did like my initial haircut. I always say how a business handles problems says a lot, and I won't be coming here, or to any Hair Cuttery, again.
