It's always a 50-50 shot whether he will end up with a decent haircut (never "great". Decent is the best I can hope for) vs a horrible one. I give very specific instructions, like please keep the bangs long, to his eyebrows, and he ends ups up with crooked, mid-forehead bangs instead. We come here because it's convenient and a reasonable price for a kids haircut, but it seems we are getting worse than what we pay for. My only consolation is that boys hair grows back quickly, and then we try again...

When I left it felt shorter but I had long hair so 6 inches doesn’t always seem like a lot but once I left I notice it was SEVERAL inches above where she said she would cut it! It is not even long anymore (my hair was down to my waist) and wanted it to my mid back and now it’s right past the shoulders! I am NOT happy! Especially with holidays coming up! I thought she kept cutting a lot to keep it even but she kept going shorter. I may need to go to another location or spot completely from now on. $23 + tip for my hair to be chopped off way more than supposed to be is not reasonable! I had to update this bc I had mentioned before that the girl cutting my hair was taking her time being precise but the week after I was straightening my hair (my hair is a little wavy naturally), there were several strands longer than the rest of my hair and by inches!! I did have a picture but I’m not sure where it is now bc of the holidays. Although the management reached out to try and correct this situation, I definitely will not be returning. I’m not being smart saying this but my fiance can cut my hair next time for free and do a better job! I’m not sure if these girls went to hair styling school or just winging it at this point.
