My partner and I got a couples massage which we originally wanted to book with the hot tub but it wasn’t available which is of course understandable. The place seemed clean and comfortable but the main issue was when we got to the room there was still water in the tub from the previous couple and used towels bunched up in a corner which really grossed us out. My partners tech did a good job and he was happy with his massage but we just couldn’t relax because they were slamming doors closed, making squeaky noises with chairs and drawers. My tech hurt me on several of occasions despite me asking her to be more gentle, it seemed like she was avoiding my knots and rushing through the massage. It was disappointing considering what we paid for and we didn’t even get the champagne and chocolates we were supposed to. I wish I could’ve loved this place but we were both just felt very rushed and awkward, it wasn’t great unfortunately.
