I told her not to cut my hair in a rectangulsr shape, meaning sides propotionately narrow compared to top. She cut it that way anyway and when i spoke up and said she made it rectangular shaped, she said she didnt understand what was wrong. If she didnt understand what i meant by shaping she needed to ask and not go ahead and cut my hair anyway. Her whole behavior was anti friendly and negative, like she didnt want to even have to be there cutting hair. I was concerned about her demeanor and when I said she could cut it I said you'll do a really good job with my cut right, she didnt even answer. instead if giving her a chance i should have run the other way. I had to ask maria how it can be fixed maria said just shorten the top a little for now. she did so But when i told her the front side burn area was uneven she argued and said they were the same length. I got very upset and asked maria to finish cutting, she said she cant she has to leave soon. I asked all in the room, can someone help me fix this? No one was offering to resolve the situation. Brianna agreed to and afterward I left, but I will never go back there again. How can Hair cuttery hire someone who cant cut hair and who treats the customers so rudely? I dont know what is wrong with that girl but it was like interacting with someone that was on drugs, or only physically there, not mentally or emotionally at al and acted like she didnt care about me as a customer all. I dont ever want anyone that indifferent cutting my hair again, and I wont ever go back there again. Im not sure if maria is the manager but someone should have offered to help as all in the room knew there was an issue and someone should have offered to address the problem instead of ignoring what i was going through. My hair turned out too short of course. I would never recommend that salon after what i experienced.
