Not only did you absolutely ruin my six year olds long hair you made it so it was impossible to fix. We had to completely buzz his hair when it was past his shoulder. Parents please do NOT bring your children here in hopes of getting a normal haircut.

- KMkelly mFeb 28, 20261.0Only booked at the Brooklawn location as opposed to my normal location due to an earlier appointment being available. Big mistake. I received both the appointment confirmation text message and email however when I arrived (early), I was advised the "appointment was not in the system". The employee looked around the salon and said once more that the appointment was not there. I provided the confirmations as proof however all that was said was "can you come back?", with no available time frame offered or any additional assistance. I advised no because I needed the time I chose for a reason. Again, no future available appointment times were offered. Just a blank "what do you want me to do about it" stare. I stood in the lobby and made the appt for my normal location on my phone and left. Upon speaking with people at another location, apparently this happens often at the Brooklawn location. Later in the day, I was actually able to see in the app that the appointment WAS INDEED IN THEIR STSTEM but it was marked DELETED. Sounds like they simply just didn't want to complete the hair cut. I will never be back to this location. Severe lack of empathy and customer service. Save your time.
