I have eczema and sampled a hand cream in the store, which immediately caused a red rash and irritation on my skin. I politely asked if I could quickly wash my hands at the sink provided in the store to remove the product. The older woman working there responded very rudely and said “absolutely not,” claiming the store was closing—even though there were still about four other customers inside. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that I was having a visible skin reaction caused by one of their products. A little understanding and basic customer care would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unsupported. Due to the poor service and lack of empathy, I would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others.

Lotions and lip balm have done wonders to ward off dry, chapped winter skin. The clerk even called me after I left to award me with a lovely gift bag full of skin potions! So nice! Well stocked and the staff is so knowledgeable!
