  Yesterday my friend and I visited the Sephora in Bridgewater and met Ricardo who is an educator for their products. He was SO helpful and knowledgeable about their skin care and make up line. I’m in my late 50’s and my friend is 60. Ricardo directed us to the best products for our individual needs. It was so refreshing to have such a well informed clinician working there. We will definitely be back!!

  My daughter ordered too many products online and set up a return to be done at Bridgewater. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the system on the online end. The store director spent an hour and a half trying to help me resolve the issue so that the return could be completed. Evita is the best! While waiting for resolution, I watched the employees. All very kind and considerate. One girl was helping a woman with a special needs child and the compassion and patience she had with the family was heart warming. Thank you for fixing the issue Evita!!

  Pretty bad experience. I was there for 40 minutes wondering around trying to find multiple gifts for her. Not a single person willing to help (even though they were obviously available). Truly bad experience.
