I can understand if you simply ask someone if they need help but to bluntly follow a customer after the fact is bizarre. If this is the type of customer service you have then shut the store down because its uncomfortable and irritating. I simply went in there for a pick up to stand inline for an employee to ask me if I need help. Clearly I'm in line for a reason but if you were gonna ask me for help why not grab the pick-up. The older Indian lady decided she was gonna was gonna watch my every move while inline and then when I got out of line to do it even more. I happen to look around to see a group of other people hovered in one isle but her focus was on me. It's clearly they train them to be this way. That's why I don't even bother shopping here in-store or online 99% of the time . This time they have the lipstick sale in which ulta doesn't have going on right now.
