  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I have eczema and sampled a hand cream in the store, which immediately caused a red rash and irritation on my skin. I politely asked if I could quickly wash my hands at the sink provided in the store to remove the product. The older woman working there responded very rudely and said “absolutely not,” claiming the store was closing—even though there were still about four other customers inside. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that I was having a visible skin reaction caused by one of their products. A little understanding and basic customer care would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unsupported. Due to the poor service and lack of empathy, I would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others.

  I love L’Occitane and I had a very wonderful experience buying my Christmas items with ANAT helping me at the store. She has a superb customer service skills and also very kind and wonderful. She is also very knowledgeable with the products. Will be coming back!! 😍

  I visited this store location, as it is the store that is the closest to me. I was impressed by the exceptional service I received from a lady whose name is also like mine (Carmen). From the moment I walked in, she greeted me, and made me feel welcome. What stood out to me the most, was her dedication for understanding my skins needs. She offered to perform a skin test, something I’ve never had from visiting other stores. She took the time to explain each step, and its importance. It was clear to me that she was interested in finding the right products for me rather than just make a sale. Throughout the process she was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions, and providing personalized recommendations, based on the test results. Her passion for skin care was evident, and it made me feel comfortable with her suggestions. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service nowadays. I will continue to do my shopping in this location. I highly recommend asking for Carmen if you want an outstanding experience.

  First time visiting L’Occitane in Bridgewater Commons, NJ and it was great experience ! Julie, the manager of the store, very nice, friendly and incredibly helpful. :) I highly recommend the store !
