The system then prompted me to pay the remaining balance, which I did, including a tip, before leaving. This all happened around 10 a.m. on Sunday, Oct 5, 2025. I’ve been visiting this location for the past 3.5 years. It’s had its ups and downs — some staff don’t seem to understand what good customer service means, despite working in a customer service business. There have been bad haircuts, overcharges, and other issues over time. If you’re lucky, you might get a good stylist, but things seem to go wrong here 99% of the time. If the owner or manager doesn’t know how to hire or run this place properly, they should consider closing this franchise for the sake of the neighborhood.
