- KMKelly MortelliteMar 13, 20261.0There are no words for how stressed our salon was today thanks to the employee with red/orange curly hair sending away two of our salon’s assistants who regularly pick up products for us, so that in all we spent 3 times going to pick up our order! First assistant showed her cos license on phone and was recognized by another employee bc she’s there so often! Second assistant had order number after I ordered online almost 2 hours prior to her arrival and was turned away for not having pick up number. Both girls were treated rudely and belittled by this lady. Finally our owner went in to pick up order, which in turn disturbed all of us working today! If you hate your job and people, please quit. Whoever runs that store, your employee with brassy hair does not belong working with the public. And btw 3 min after my second assistant left we received email order is ready… so it took 3 min, not 2 hours to take 3 products off the shelf!

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
