  I’ve been shopping at this store for 2yrs and just because I’m brown they follow me around the entire store. It’s so annoying!!! At one point this store was very vibrant and friendly when Lauren was in charge. Hire better staff. So distasteful and embarrassing on the employees end.

  I was in Sephora two Thursdays ago (3/5) at night and forgot to write review for Anna who apparently was the color specialist. She was friendly, helpful and took the time to help me match my previous eye concealor, a brand that was discontinued. Sometimes when I’m in that store everyone isn’t that pleasant or helpful so I didn’t want to forget to write this review for her. Thank you Anna.

  Anna was extremely helpful when I visited the store this evening. Helped me color match, gave product suggestions and was very patient.

  Customer service is terrible, store needs better management staff is rude on the phone, and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes to be funny,while I was being respectful and patient. There was no need for attitude. I had to hang up and call again and thankfully Ryan helped me out i called on Christmas even around 3ish and that lady was very rude.

  Staff were not helpful and very rude, no greeting upon entering the store and they were not busy. There was also no one at the register awful customer service.
