    Anna was extremely helpful when I visited the store this evening. Helped me color match, gave product suggestions and was very patient.

    Customer service is terrible, store needs better management staff is rude on the phone, and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes to be funny,while I was being respectful and patient. There was no need for attitude. I had to hang up and call again and thankfully Ryan helped me out i called on Christmas even around 3ish and that lady was very rude.

    Staff were not helpful and very rude, no greeting upon entering the store and they were not busy. There was also no one at the register awful customer service.

    By far the worst customer service and management. I came to return something and was told it’s a few days too late. I asked if an expectation can be made even store credit. LAUREN THE manager kept readying a scripted line stating it’s past the return policy I kept help u. With a condensing smile. She said it 3 times. And said I can call customer service. So I did and I spoke Bria who told me she can’t help with store purchases. So I said so basically she lied to me and directors me to do something that she knew wouldn’t be able to help me. Beyond unprofessional. I twisted for Bria to put me in contact with a regional and or DM. As money is spent to train these individual, they poorly executed this scenario. I will not stop til this is resolved. And action is completed. Until ULTA will be my choose of making shopping as they have better service. However shout to Bria. Very professional. Lauren maybe you should connect with her trainer! And Bria can teach u her skill set. Cause Lauren should deff not be in management .
