I clearly told her what I want on my hair before start (shampoo, drying and ironing). My hair is curly, in the end, they charge for everything separately (blower, flat iron, iron curls, shampoo) I knew this at the end and I don't like the results at all. I wanted my hair straight, but they just made it puffy. I told her it's not what I expected, that she should at least stretch it a little longer but she says it's the most she could do. If you have curly hair or are Afroamerican, I don't recommend this place.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
