  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I can’t say it’s 100% The Cosmetics Company Store’s fault, but I do believe the staff needs better training on how to handle situations like this. Here is what happened: On September 9, 2025, I purchased two products, but one of them turned out to be the wrong item — the sales associate, Sherrie Watkins, gave me the incorrect product. I came back the next day to exchange it, but a different employee told me she “did not have access” to process a return or exchange, even though I had called ahead and was told it would not be a problem. I left the product and the receipt at the store, trusting they would resolve it, since they said the original salesperson would handle it. Instead, I had to call eight times, and was passed around like a football — no refund, no replacement, no accountability. At one point, Sherrie even pretended she didn’t remember me at all and refused to take responsibility for her mistake. For me, this situation was not just about the money — it was about principle. If you make a mistake, you fix it. You own it. You don’t ignore the customer and hope the problem disappears. Today is November 6, almost two months later, and I finally received the correct product — in a damaged box, with some random samples thrown in, and still no apology. No professionalism, no customer care, nothing. The way this was handled from the beginning was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend shopping there. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely unwilling to help

  I had held back on going to this store for quite some time due to past reviews and limited product. I finally stopped in as i saw they had estee lauder double wear and ive been dying to test it before taking the plunge. The two women who were working greeted me and immediately helped me with color matching. Sadly they didnt many color ranges and the lightest color they had was still too dark but i was happy i atleast got to test it. The atmosphere didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Yes they are limited to products that they have but i think i would visit this place again over the new sephora in tilton especially price wise. They were friendly to every customer that had walked in while i was still in the store. It was not as intimidating as i expected and im grateful. thank you!

  the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. helped me with makeup options, which worked perfectly! very good prices! I got high quality products for less than I would spend on average products at a drug store.

  Terrible customer service. I bought a skin care set it was opened and used. The store refused to refund with a store credit as it is clearly documented on the receipt. Said it was HER policy to only exchange. I will NEVER shop there again.

  I visited here for the first time on Sunday, May 23rd, and was immediately greeted by Daniel R upon walking in. He offered invaluable assistance to me, someone who decided after 25 years of using the same bar soap everywhere that it was time for a change. I never felt pressured or talked down to, and it was amazing to see such respectful associates working at this store (there was a young lady working who was also very kind). In the week since visiting, I've taken all of Daniel's advice and I can't believe how much better my face feels. My skin is clean and breathing easy, I don't feel greasy or weighted down anymore.... it's really fantastic! Thank you for all your assistance, and I highly recommend you find Daniel and utilize his knowledge as well. He's an asset to this company!
