  My daughter had gotten a haircut by Vicky the “master designer” herself and my daughter was very disappointed with the haircut she had gotten. My daughter is 12 years old and Vicky had the audacity to say that “she is not a kid so it will not be a kid price for her” I do not understand why she thinks it is okay for her to decide if my daughter is 12 or not. When my daughter said she was 12 Vicky scoffed and said “Okay” which was very rude and on top of that she was 10 mins late and had to have two JCpenny employees go and find her which I find very unprofessional. She then was about to start my daughter’s haircut without fully discussing the price with me which is also very unprofessional. When she told the price it sounded nothing like the price I heard when I came and got my haircut and her excuse was that every designer had there different prices. Vicky started washing my daughter’s hair and was very rough and she seemed like she was rushing for no reason. Then she started the haircut and she trimmed my daughter’s hair uneven. It does not seem like it was done by a “Master Designer” but a newbie. My daughter was very mad and upset with the haircut and just how rough and unprofessional this lady was. If i had the option I would give zero stars. We are very disappointed and upset with the treatment and service we had received.

  Jen cut my hair to a short haircut from a long (No cut in 3 years) cut and I love it. Love all the people there.

  Hairdresser gave me hot roots and a hair color waaay too dark than what I asked for. She kept talking like we were on the same page, but clearly not. I coukd have fu cked up my own hair Casey, not pay $100 bucks and see the uneven mess in natural light. I dye my hair once a year, to keep it healthy, now I'll have to dye it again. Be cautious if you want an even single process. Also, the jcp coupon $50 for hair color and cut is for roots only, not a process, so false advertising. Funny though, because they screw up roots easily! Avoid this place, it's Supercuts with hair dye.
