- RKRebecca K1 day ago2.0Went there and asked for a blunt angled bob. Wanted it to hit approximately 2 in below my shoulders. This is what I left with. It's at least 3 in shorter than I requested. I pointed to the specific spot on my body I wanted my hair to hit when it was dry, and then she wet my hair and cut at that exact spot. I knew in that moment it was already going to be shorter than what I wanted. She then cut it unevenly, so had to just keep chopping until I had a cut that hits less than an inch below my chin. I'm not trying to get any individual in trouble, but this should not have happened, and I feel people should be aware.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
