Brought my son here for the first time today and we will definitely go back! My son typically has a hard time being comfortable with people he doesnt know, but Jacob was able to strike up a conversation no problem and make it a great experience. My son wanted a design which Jacob let us know is not his specialty but he would do his best. He took his time and made sure the haircut was exactly what we wanted and did great with the design My son wanted! Watching the other barbers work in the shop too were all very impressive! We will definitely return.

Jacob did an excellent job with the consultation, I can often be a hard customer to work on because of how much of a hard time I have getting across what I want. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful with his suggestions. Overall he made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks for your time!

Loved the atmosphere. Great place if your son is looking for a place to get a haircut! Ian was great with my son today who was recovering from an unfortunate hair cut. He made Jace (who is 14) feel relaxed and confident right away. He took time to understand what he wanted and what he didn’t. Thankful my boy left feeling fresh and confident!! Thank you Ian we will definitely be back!

Needed a beard trim while traveling, I found scuttlebutt on Google and they did not disappoint. I booked online and it was a pretty straightforward process. Jacob K got my beard squared away and was great to chat with while he did it. The shop was clean and there was plenty of metered parking out front. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a barber in Portsmouth.
