You don't usually have to wait long or you can check in online. The employees are very personable and knowledgeable and the prices are fair.

I have friends who have commented about my bad cuts and their recent bad cuts. I have never sent a negative review to any business before, but feel like the stylists prefer to cut men’s hair. My hair is short, but at 83 years old, I don’t want to look like a man. I have enjoyed the ability to call and reserve a spot and overall the service to date, but things are changing and I may start going elsewhere.

I will now be pursuing speaking to their corporate offices since a manager and or district manager do not want to reach out and make this right. 20$ haircut that I tipped her 50% on 10$. Great clips does not have the customer service to even make it right. And let’s be real, why would I take the time out of my life to right this review and go through all of this if it was a known bald spot. Disgusting. I was looking for an apology for not letting me know and maybe 20$ back but honestly it isn’t about the money, it was the point of she knew it happened, didn’t tell me and then proceeded to lie over the phone. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. Not sure what more needs to be written here. Got this around 4:30 today. I was not told about this and did not see it until on my way home. Disgusted. If you know who I am I never write reviews, but what am I honestly supposed to do here?
