- JKJacob KlagAug 4, 20235.0I walked in here tonight a half hour before close after one of the worst days iv'e had. I in no way even expected anyone to help me at that time. I was actually expecting to get shunned out so people could enjoy their Friday night plans. I spent a week trying to make a SC account and e-mailing personal things to SC in hopes I wouldn't get my identity stolen in a data breach. Then made to feel like I needed to download an app that didn't work better at all. To still not have an actual account the day I ran out of everything I needed. Layla B. treated me like gold. Made me feel not at all under pressure because of the time they close. She helped me fix my account and even wrote down the number for a follow up. As a hair dresser, we deal with a lot of of customer service. Layla changed my outlook on the entire day with a very genuine way about her. SC is very lucky to have her on their team.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
