- SPSonal ParikhMar 29, 20261.0Used to love the store before with the service they used to provide but today I went there and the guy did racist behavior with me checking the Mac eyeliner , he said I can't open the piece which I was buying since last two times I got wrong shade despite right shade written in outside packaging. So I was just checking that it's right shade. The guy was so rude he get the things out of my hand and throw it on counter saying I can't sale it because u opened it. I know how to check shade and buy things I am doing it for so many years , never had this bad experience at the store before. He said I can't believe ur words. He might have had bad experience with other customers but the way he behaved was totally racist may be because I dressed differently , because I look different because I went there after one of my performance. Very bad customer service, in fact there is no service for customers now at least at Merrimack.

Avoid her when entering this store for the sake of your well being. I cannot believe the store continues to have her as an employee, especially when there are several other complaints written about her.
