The salon is clean and modern, and the entire staff is so friendly and professional. My hair is NOT easy to work with (very thin and fine), so it’s hard to find someone who can actually do something with it but Lois manages to make me look and feel fabulous every single time I go see her. I also worked with Sarah once while Lois was away and she was incredible too. Education and technical skill are obviously as important as image at Innovations. Highly recommend!

My hair came out exactly as I hoped! I would’ve been fine with just a tone but wow she wanted me to leave looking exactly as I hoped. So impressed and so happy.
