My daughter got her hair cut here today and she has thin hair that breaks easily. She wants to grow it long so bad but she just needs regular trims. LOVED the stylist she had & wish we knew her name she was WONDERFUL. She explained products to help her and ones that don’t and why. She cut and styled her with curtain bangs which she loved and it was a great experience overall. I so appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness .

I came here for a trim yesterday. That being August 15th 2025. I came in and a newer girl asked me if I had an online booking, I said no and I was quickly seated anyway which was the only good part about this. I sat down and she asked what I wanted, I said I wanted the same thing I currently have but shorter. She said okay and started cutting my hair. I had long hair long enough to reach my chin and id never had an issue with any barber before so I thought those instructions were simple enough to follow. Instead I was in a chair for over an hour to the point my friend who had brought me there was wondering what had even happened. Besides that my hair kept getting cut, eventually it was above the eyebrow just a bit. Last year I had dyed my hair entirely blonde and I told her I wanted some of that left. She said okay and proceeded to keep going higher. I kinda just sat there at that point accepting my fate because what kinda guy tells their barber the cut is terrible. So I sit there and now its to my forehead and im about ready to say something when another girl comes over. Now they're using the electric razor and tapering the back which is fine. The girl cutting my hair not the second but the first one. She tells the second girl she used a 6 on my lower and 7 on my top. The back of my hair, the other woman then tells her to use the middle between 7 and 6 which would be a 6.5. At this point I figured she's in training so it wont be a big deal if its a bit bad but whatever. Then the girl asks. "Five?" Yes because five is between 7 and 6. I knew at this point it was over, I knew id hide my head in shame for atleast 3 more months. A few minutes after ANOTHER lady came up and buzzed the back of my hair shorter. This one seemed to know what she was doing and good God was I wrong. She asked what I wanted. I told her to just do what she had to do because I knew I was done anyway. She did what she was doing and then the original girl in training started going even shorter on my hair. At this point my face is sopping wet from being sprayed like a cat with a water bottle and im just shocked. I lived in the middle of nowhere compared to here so I was hoping someone would know what they're doing. I left a tip, because I didnt wanna seem rude but good lord I went and bought a beanie so fast after that. Also they cut the side burns but left the lower half so I actually had to finish my own cut at home. I dont have a beard so that wasnt it. Anyway I went into a gamestop after that and asked an employee how bad it looked and I got the most sad lying to ive ever had, but hey atleast I can come here and warn someone. Do not come here, do not bring your kids here, your long hair or short hair or beards or what have you. I just wanted a trim.

I've never even left a negative review for any location, but despite getting good service in the past my most recent visit [8/11/25] was beyond what I can tolerate.
I waited over an hour to be seated only to get my hair destroyed. I showed a prepare picture of exactly what I wanted, which would pretty much be about an inch cut shorter down to my cheek and some texturing for volume. Instead the clearly poorly trained girl cuts ABOVE MY EYEBROW?? Not only that hut asks a single "you want the sides trimmed down?" And since the picture was an undercut I said yes. I made the mistake of assuming someone trained in this profession would know better and as much if not more than me someone who has never even cut hair.
I've never cried in public but my hair was so bad I was devastated, crying ibto my fiancée's arms. Im someone who struggles with low self confidence bad body dysmorphia and the only thing I like about myself is my hair since I take good care of it, so seeing it get so badly bastardized broke me, on top of the other stylist lecturing the lady who messed up my hair, pointing out the clear flaws that she should've noticed immediately and called it a "teaching moment."
Excuse me but I'm not a 'teaching moment ' I'm not your educational tool to brush aside, I'm a person with their own life and its insulting to be treated like this. I had a complete breakdown when I got home and am dreading to go to work tomorrow since appearance is important. I ended up having to buy product from them since it was the only way to add some kind of volume or manageability so even though they didn't charge for the cut and tried to damage control it, but i still had to spend money that I wouldn't have otherwise!!
Im so depressed about my appearance now and nothing can fix that Im so upset still. I dont want to harass anyone or cause a stir but I cant buy or be given my self confidence back. And if you dont know how to style hair or how to discern length from a clear picture you should NOT be touching ANYONES hair! I dont know if I'll ever come here again. If you go here make sure you're aware of who's cutting your hair and if they even understand what you want no matter how basic it seems.
