My boyfriend came in the night before to schedule a haircut appointment for our son and was given a card & verbally told to return between 9:30–10:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve. We arrived during that window and were greeted kindly. At the time, there were three stylists present and only one client in the chair. While we waited, one stylist braided the other stylists daughter’s hair, which was completely understandable. When the stylist finished with her client, however, it turned out that no actual appointment had been scheduled for us, despite being told otherwise the night before. We were then informed that walk-in availability wouldn’t open until later in the morning. The issue wasn’t the cancellation itself, but the miscommunication. With multiple stylists available and a quick children’s haircut, it felt like the situation could have been accommodated—especially since the error originated at the front desk. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to wait until 11 a.m., and we had to leave with a very upset little boy. That said, no worries—Supercuts was able to squeeze him in within 30 minutes after we left, and he’s all set now. Just wanted to share this feedback, as clear and accurate appointment scheduling makes a big difference, especially during the holidays.

What should have been a simple men’s haircut turned out to be a hideous chop job with random long pieces sticking out of buzzed areas and the front was severely lopsided. The only thing I can compliment is the woman’s ability to small talk, which maybe if she did less of this could be a good review. … Hate to say all this but I feel it’s important to warn others btw the “hairstylist’s” name began with a J. In addition they added 4$ to the credit card with no notice and offered 10% discount for veterans but only 2$ off 25$ … the math isn’t mathing. Buyer beware.

- ABAngela BellOct 17, 20254.0My husband and I appreciate Kim’s good haircuts and continue to seek her services. Today however I was charged $4 extra for using my debit card (I paid cash for tip). That amounted to 13.3% of the haircut charge. This is outrageous. The only way to avoid this charge is cash in hand or a check. Beware!
