- ABAngela BellOct 17, 20254.0My husband and I appreciate Kim’s good haircuts and continue to seek her services. Today however I was charged $4 extra for using my debit card (I paid cash for tip). That amounted to 13.3% of the haircut charge. This is outrageous. The only way to avoid this charge is cash in hand or a check. Beware!

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: We understand that sometimes clients need to reschedule their appointments, and we do our best to accommodate these changes. However, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24-48 hours' notice. This allows us to try to fill that time slot with another client. If you fail to give us adequate notice or miss appointments more than three times, we will require a $25 non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total due at checkout. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Yes, however, please understand that our salon is busy. If you walk in, there may be a wait of more than 10 minutes. If you wish to request a stylist, it's best to make an appointment. Appointments are appreciated, and you can stop in, call us, or book online.

Yes, we do offer wedding and prom services in the salon. You are required to put down half the deposit, which is non-refundable.

We do it all, including the baby's first haircut, which comes with a certificate.
