She voiced her opinion and proceeded to give me a cut that looks nothing like pic. I understand different hair textures might be different looking, but the cut was totally off from pic. Also a lot shorter. I was polite and still tipped, but will not be returning. I did not think it was a professional way to handle her job. Also, should ask the length before cutting, not at the end when it’s too late. Warning, don’t show Ai pic for reference!
