I figured it would be a marginal haircut, but I thought I'd give it a chance, and that it would grow back if it was awful. Instead I got a great haircut! My stylist spent a lot of time on it, and I feel like I have a top dollar cut, for a low price! I'm very pleased with the results!

She voiced her opinion and proceeded to give me a cut that looks nothing like pic. I understand different hair textures might be different looking, but the cut was totally off from pic. Also a lot shorter. I was polite and still tipped, but will not be returning. I did not think it was a professional way to handle her job. Also, should ask the length before cutting, not at the end when it’s too late. Warning, don’t show Ai pic for reference!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
