Also they are hardly ever stocked with popular beauty items. The employees are hard to find, it appears they do not have enough staff. The store has a post-apocalyptic atmosphere with how barren and disorganized it is.

Wouldn’t help and stepped back towards me while I was looking in the aisle intentionally. The store is always an absolute mess & tbere is no stock (which I’m sure is not their fault) I’ve had some really nice staff members a few times but this woman has been rude to me on multiple occasions. I have worked in the makeup industry for years and this is so uncalled for.

She seemed very experienced, very knowledgeable in the field, super polite/friendly, and she took so much time just to find me the right shade of my foundation in the Fenth Beauty Pro Filtr line. She was in absolutely no rush and even gave me samples to try at home. I have her to thank (as well as RiRi) for finally finding me the exact shade of my foundation after years of off-shades.
