I am embarrassed to say that begging 5 months ago, I received the worst haircut that I have ever had. I thought, it's no big deal. It will grow out. And then 6 or seven weeks later, I returned and sat in the same persons chair. I was nervous but I was hopeful that it would be different, because anyone can have an off day....right? Nope. From the same girl, (30ish, dark hair ), I asked for a standard tapered haircut but I received the same, broken bowl cut that I received before. I was furious with myself for being foolish enough to give it a second chance and always tipping the $10 max, because I believe people in the service industry, (even if they're bad) still need to buy groceries. After having lived with 2 ridiculously bad haircuts for a total of three and a half months, I went back last week. I saw the same person there and thought how could they still be working there? I can't be the only person to have this experience? This LAST time, I waited for another person. (50ish, long blonde hair) I can only assume that she was following what had been done before. The pictures I shared show the result. I can't understand how a business like this is able to function. After a total of $33 ×3, and looking and feeling bad for several month,...I'm done. Never ever again.

I have been going to the South 72nd Papillion Great Clips for over 10 years now. Everyone at this location is awesome, but most recently I have been requesting Craig for my cuts. I showed him a picture once and each cut since then, he helps me to look my best! Thanks to all the stylists there!!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
