She was also really helpful with getting a few samples for me to take home. I'm very excited to test these out and to come back soon for a new foundation for myself!

What a waste of time...mind you, only 3 customers total around 6:45pm and quite a bit of workers. Perhaps they should be reminded that helping customers comes first. Heading to Dillards, thanks for absolutely nothing!

I felt very brushed off as if they were super busy and they were not at all. I asked two different associates for some direction and nobody offered any help. I actually got tired of looking for help and trust me there were enough sales associates standing around. The gondolas were sloppy as well. Nobody looked happy either. I work in retail sales and that would never be tolerated. I will add that the door greeter was friendly but overall I did not have a good experience. I felt brushed off. I generally don’t complain but I felt it was important to make them aware so hopefully they can pull it together. I’ve been a Sephora customer for many years at different locations and honestly feel overall it’s not the same company I used to shop in. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience. I live close to this location but will probably start going to the newer location which is further from my home.
