- JJJoshMar 28, 20261.0Never had a haircut so miserable in my entire life. Walked in looking a little shaggy, walked out looking like a literal thumb...Would give 0 stars if I could. Called back to discuss a refund and was patronized beyond actual belief. Do yourself a favor and find a real barber or salon...unless you like playing Russian Roulette with your appearance for the next foreseeable future.

But this time around...for some reason.. an electric trimmer was used on my long curly hair. The woman literally took only about 7 minutes to cut it.. she didnt talk what so ever.. then she told me she was finished. Its very un even.. and all around wasnt what I was hoping for.

I went to a different location and the barber was just out right rude and she didn’t do what I asked for and messed it up so bad that I didn’t even want to go back to have her fix it. So I go to the 72nd location off of Jones and I explained my situation to miss Kara. Not only did she show me compassion and grace, she got me looking amazing. Completely fixed another barbers mistakes. I have really thick curly hair and it’s hard to find barbers I can trust. All of her employees are polite and skilled. From the mess I brought her to walking out with that I look amazing feeling. Thank You Kara, you’re truly an artist.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
