  I recently went to this Sephora to get a color match. I was helped by Kenya and she was so amazing. She helped me find the perfect foundation, powder and some new skin care. I was so thankful because I got to use my new foundation at my birthday party and felt so confident! I do not think my makeup has ever looked better. I will definitely come to this Sephora for all my makeup needs!

  Today, I visited inside this location for the first time since it’s closer to home. Sad to say it was a disappointing experience and don’t plan on going to this one again. I came in at a slow hour (not busy at all) and two employees there stared at me as soon as I entered. I was not welcomed, greeted, or asked if I needed assistance. I was walking around the store looking at everything that was displayed and yet I kept being looked at but they never bothered to ask for assistance. Yet, more people came after me and I heard they were greeted nicely and offered assistance. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable and very disappointing to mention on here that it felt like racial discrimination. I don’t mind the drive to other Sephora’s locations. I rather feel comfortable and welcomed while shopping instead of feeling like a stranger. Customer service needs to improve and welcome everyone that walks in those doors. Do better.

  Rude employees!!!! Asked for help and the girl I approached was super rude like I was bothering her & all she was doing was standing around . I left and going to another Sephora . Never coming back!

  I had bought an amika hair product. I got home and it was empty. I called to ask if there was any way I can get this replaced and the worker said I couldn’t because the time limit. Pretty disappointed I wasted 30$ on a bottle that didn’t come with anything inside it.

  Everything was going great until I went up to the check out. I had a gift card that I forgot at home but I had my sister send me a picture so I didn’t have to drive all the way back. I was going to purchase 2 items and I proceeded to tell the cashier that I had a gift card on my phone you could clearly see all the numbers and the barcode and she refused to take my gift card. I thought that was weird considering I have worked at Sephora in the past. She had a smirk on her face a refused to take my gift card. I called village pointe and they said they could take it even if it was just a picture. I called the pacific Sephora to speak to a manager but they didn’t answer 3 times. I’m not sure what this was but that cashier needs a reality check. I will not be shopping at the Sephora anymore.
