    From the get go I had a disappointing experience at checkout. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always had a great experience with helpful smiles everytime except for this older woman with reddish hair assisting me at checkout she was noticeably unfriendly and seemed irritated every time I asked a question. Her tone and body language made me feel like I was being a burden rather than a paying customer. I spend a lot of money in here and I understand everyone can have an off day, but customer service is important, and this interaction really was disappointing!!!!!!!! Hope she has a better day!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
