Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

- CCCollzzzDec 27, 20255.0I heard about Rowan a few years ago and finally did some online browsing and stopped into my local store. Michaela and Kami were awesome! I walked in 30 minutes before closing to browse, but with their help I was able to book the last walk-in of the day. Michaela and Kami made the process quick and easy, and were both happy to answer any questions! Michaela walked me through the piercing process and aftercare steps. I am overall happy with the service, but when aftercare was being discussed, the cost of the products wasn’t mentioned and I don’t remember if the checkout showed an itemized total. There may have been signage that I missed, too. The staff knew I was a first-time customer and I didn’t have any recent piercings so I needed the products anyway. I didn’t realize the additional charges until I looked at my itemized receipt. I’ll be back soon to get the next one on my list!

- CHC HDec 13, 20254.0Great friendly quiant location in Villege Pointe. Very clean and bubbly decor with kind staff. They did a great job making my daughter feel special for her first piercing. Angie who did the piercings was professional, informative, kind, funny and helped our daughter (7) be at ease through it all. Some critical feedback: Parking is a nightmare in that shopping area so be warned. We parked southside by Old Navy. We were unaware of the $20 add on for the cleaning solution recommended post-piercing, on top of the $50 service fee. Gratuity was also an option which seems nickle and diming IMO. So overall a safe, licensed location with good staff but be ready to pay a price.

Went in to get my 4 month old babies ears pierced, & off course mom and dad super nervous but Angie was very thorough in explaining the process and how to handle aftercare. Angie was very patient and professional. Super sweet with baby. Just all around great service. All the staff was very kind & welcoming as well. Angie also speaks Spanish and that was definitely a bonus for us. Thank you to all at Rowan for a great experience.
