  Angie was amazing! I picked the needle piercing and she was very straight forward with all the information, and best part OMG it didn’t even hurt. I’m so happy I went to Rowan! I’ve had an ear piercing with a gun and now a needle, and the needle was 100x less painful for me.

  My daughter had her 2nd and 3rd ear piercings done at Rowan in December, and we had a great experience. We made an appointment (definitely recommend, especially on busy evenings). The nurse was wonderful—she explained everything clearly, helped ease my daughter’s nerves, and was incredibly thorough with cleanliness. The space was spotless, and she changed her gloves multiple times. When one of the piercings didn’t sit quite right, she immediately redid it, which I really appreciated. We returned a few months later for help removing the earrings, and they were just as helpful—showing us how to do it properly and checking that everything was healing well. Highly recommend—this experience is far beyond what you’d get at a typical mall kiosk.

  Wouldnt recommend getting your ears redone here. In the terms of redone, child still had hole and just needed the back part repierced.... they could have just stuck the needle through the hole and repierced that way. Now she has 2 holes next to eachother... Felt like I wasn't heard when explainging thats not what i want. Repeated it multiple times and they still didnt do what I asked. We will see how they heal but im pretty upset. Also was not told about the titanium ones being 68 PER earing.... knew it would be costly but to gauge the price they should have told me that because its obviously to late after they are in the ear. Also they didnt have numbing cream like the other place and didn't offer to do them at the same time when child clearly didnt like pain. They said alot of people walk out with only 1 done.... for a child geared place to get ears pierced for the first time that is ridiculous.

  Terrible experience. My 35 year old son got both ears pierced. Earrings went through holes, 1 stuck in the middle. They told us to take him to urgent care. Girl barely looked at it. Nurses I don't think so. I was able to get it out the back hole.

  My son had been asked to get his ears pierced for the few months, but had quite a bit of anxiety when he thought about the piercing process. He was concerned about how bad it could possibly hurt. His sister and I accompanied him to Rowan. We were lucky and got Michaela, who performed his piercing. She was patient, she took her time, and assured my son that she would make sure the piercing guide was perfectly placed before she completed the piercing. Michaela confirmed placement, and to ease my sons tension, she joked and made him laugh up until she completed the procedure. Thank you Michaela for making such an anxious procedure for my son, more pleasant and relaxing.
