Unfortunately her haste resulting in a bald spot on the back of my head. I remember her cutting pretty close to scalp. At the time I didn't think anything of it. Until I got home and some one recognize a patch of hair cut deeper than the rest of my hair. Wish I would of been told this mistake was made 😕 . Looking at other reviews. This branch is known for poor service and haircuts. I wouldn't of tipped.
