We were able to make the appointment online, and fill out the info needed to receive the coupon. HOWEVER, by the time we got to the location. (Horrible parking) The coupon had not arrived. It was over an hour at this point, and I drove from out west. Barb, the manager was NOT willing to accommodate us and said the coupon could take up to 24 hours. Very misleading, time consuming and overall headache. No haircut at this location.
