So short, almost shaved in the back up to middle. So mad! Will never go back. Been coming here for years. He shouldn't be cutting hair!
- LFLia FuquANov 4, 20251.0Brought my 11 year old in for a quick trim and to get some layers on her birthday. Cut was fine, however the hair stylist didnt seem to enjoy her job. When it came to blow drying her hair afterwards she said if she did anything more than the cut it would cost extra, which sounded completely absurd. You come in there to pay for a service with dry hair, you should also be able to leave the salon with dry hair as the bare minimum! She put the least amount of care into blow drying it, no cream or heat protectant whatsoever just a blow dry on plain wet hair. Almost like she just didnt want to waste any of her hair product on a little kid. Her hair felt terrible after that and I just felt bad for my daughter, she was excited to come in for a little special treatment on her birthday but instead left disappointed. As an 11 year old she knows what it means to take care of your hair. Anyways, will never be visiting that salon again.

Not only that, but she helped me to arrange to donate my hair, which is something that really mattered to me. Oh, and thanks to the sale they had going, I got all of this wonderful service dirt cheap, just to round out the positive experience.
- MBMike BSep 3, 20251.0One of the worst location to go to. Every time I go here I leave with strays that weren't cut , regardless of who cuts it. They run the clippers only once through the top and cant cut a fade to save their lives. Last time I went there the clippers were so dull they were pulling more hairs than cutting. 156th and Q locations way better, take the time to cut your hair, and dont have to smell cigarette smoke on stylist.
